Easter Bunny

I took the girls to Breakfast with the Easter Bunny. It was at Memorial Park in Athens, GA. Because they limit the registration there was only about 20 people there. They had a continental breakfast with enough tables for each family to have their own. They gave the kids art packs. Then the Easter Bunny came in, they read a book together and each kid got some time to talk and have pictures. They also gave us a 4x6 picture of the girls with the bunny. I think this will be a tradition for the Bryants, it was fun and less stressful than the mall. Emma loves art
Georgia wanted to cry when I handed her to the bunny, but Emma and I encouraged her and she got excited! Emma did not want to sit in the bunny's lap. She did notice the bunny's shoes hanged out of his feet. She asked, "Why is the bunny wearing shoes?" I told her he needed to run fast because that is what I tell her to get her to put her shoes on!

Braves season opener

Dan's life insurance company gave out tickets in the all you can eat section at the Braves 1st home game. We were there about 5:30 to pick up our tickets and we ate ourselves sick. The game started at 7:30 then was delayed for rain. Luckily we had ponchos (Steve) so we waited it out and saw most of the game before we were all too tired and went home. These seats were awesome. We were in the middle of outfield and three steps up from our seats was the concession stand for the all you can eat, hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, nachos, coke, lemonade pops and ice cream sandwiches! It was great.

Preschool Easter Party

My friend Amber and I were in charge of Emma's class's Easter Party. Amber made amazing snacks and we played pin the tail on the bunny.Emma didn't want to wear the blind fold so no surprise that she put the tail where it belongs. I don't know what she is doing the the picture, pretending to be a bunny, hopefully! The class waiting for the egg hunt to start: Anson, Abby, Elizabeth, Kennedy, Reagan, Bridgette, Emma, Carson, and Brock.
Emma was putting the eggs to her ear and shaking them before dropping them in her bag. I guess she doesn't want an empty one!
Emma with a mouth full of jelly beans. Amber had cupcake papers full of bunny shaped crackers and she made rice crispy treat nests with jelly beans and peeps on top. Yummy! Lucky for me Emma is a picky eater, so she ate the candy and I ate the rice crispy treat!

Hi mom!

Emma didn't want to wear bunny ears and she didn't want whiskers. Opinionated already. And what a ham. I am in trouble!

Dan in little Vietnam
The paparazzi caught me talking to the babysittersResting after walking all over the market In the true spirit of capitalism, I am copying a vendor I saw at the market. He took picture of stuff that looked like letters then put them together in frames to spell names, places, etc. This is the E from Emma's.
The haunted prison. Do you see any ghosts?

US soccer game

Our friend Nathan got us tickets to the US vs Trinidad-Tobago soccer world cup qualifier game months ago. Unfortunately it didn't get put on the calender. So between Saturday (when we were reminded of the game) and Wednesday (the day of the game), we scrambled to find a babysitter, to make plans, to get time off work.... It all paid off. The game was fun and the US won! If you haven't been to a pro soccer game, I would definitely recommend it!Dinner before the game
Great seats! Thanks, Nathan!
