Of course we take pictures on the first day of school. But Emma wasn't cooperating when we started, lots of pictures with angry faces and tears. Then she noticed some deer run across the front yard and suddenly she was happy and I got ONE smiling picture.
We are ready for the first day to start!
Ready to walk into the building but waiting for mom to catch up. She was excited by this point and had run from the car to the building. Luckily there are no roads to cross!
Walking into class, she knew which room because of the open-house.
